• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

4. License and Permitted Use

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Max Multisoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for your internal business or personal use.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

6. Fees and Payments

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Max Multisoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service during the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Max Multisoft, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, security concerns, or unlawful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and applications. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
